Return & Refund Policy

At Celebrative, we take utmost care in packing and delivering your products safely. However, if you face any issue with the item received, our return and refund policy applies only when a proper opening video is provided as per the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Return or Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund:
You must record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the point of discovering the issue.
The video should be continuous, unedited, and must clearly show the shipping label with your order ID.
Claims without an opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Valid Reasons for Return/Refund
Returns or refunds will only be accepted in the following situations:
You received the wrong product.
The product is damaged, defective, or missing items.
The product is expired or not as described.
3. Timeline to Raise a Request
Any return/refund request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Email the issue with the video and order ID to or WhatsApp it to +91 96866 11821.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Used items or items without original packaging.
Edibles, custom products, or seasonal/clearance items.
Products returned without an opening video.
5. Refund Mode & Timeline
After verifying the video and issue, we will either:
Ship a replacement, or
Initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
6. Delivery Refusal Due to Damage
If your parcel looks tampered with or damaged on arrival:
Do not accept delivery.
Inform us immediately and share pictures/videos of the package condition.
